Morning. It is a bit grey out but seems to be clearing, it is also damp out. I know this asI have put some recycling out for collection.

I had to help a friend out yesterday before our group ride. He noticed that his front tyre was becoming soft. It is a good job I gave him one of my front wheels instead of pumping it up as we found that the valve was breaking away from the inner tube when we changed it later.

Another bike free weekend!

Playing nursie for the management is a bit tedious.
But she is mobile and should be cleared to drive, cycle and extend her walking range in a couple of weeks.

Good morning from a very gloomy and wet Suffolk. Coffee has been had and the overnight bag placed by the front door ahead of today's away day to see Courtney Barnett at Rock City in Nottingham this evening.

When I get home on Saturday I need to see what's available locally in the cheap TV range as the one in my bedroom went kaput with a bang from the panel last night. All I need is a basic 32" as it's only used as a night light and sleep aid - set the sleep timer for 30 minutes and drop off to the sound of the paper review on Sky news.

Made through the large group of infant school kids and the guppy git who disliked being asked to move his bag off the seat. Now sat waiting for our train home. With a nice coffee
and freshly made raisin bun.
