A gloomy but mild day here chez Casa Reynard, dry early doors, and squelchy thereafter.

Slept well, but short-changed by a good couple of hours. Downstairs, fed the cat, made myself a :cuppa: and took it upstairs to do a little bit of writing. But as it was dry, that session was curtailed following an executive decision.

Which was to go out and do a couple of hours lumberjilling before the rain came in. Which I managed. Several more wheelbarrows full of logs and tree chunks now joining yesterday's stash under cover.

Had a lovely luncheon of sourdough toast, one slice with the last of the englishman's foot cheese, and one with sliced avocado. Plus a chocolate biskit and a small pot of tea.

By the time I'd finished eating, the rain had turned up. Quickly topped up the firewood in the house. Had a rummage around the garage for some curtain pole mounts, but no luck.

Had a bit of fun - this entailed making a batch of tunisian almond cigars, and then having a nice girly pamper session.

Now sat watching the gymnastics and contemplating what to have for supper.

Definitely mundane...................but....

Who else likes watching (occasionally) Train Driver Cab View videos?

I am just over halfway between Kings Cross and Hull. ^_^ 2x normal speed and I have skipped on a bit. They are hypnotic and very calming. Also quite educational.

Search Don Coffey.

MDB will no doubt be addicted.
