I've a plan for the frame ... as long as it fits me, primarily because the Carrera Vengeance's magnesium frame is showing initial signs of cracking. It may be a bit too big as it's a 54.5cm. The components I won't need as the bike I'm collecting has a full Tiagra 4700 triple groupset. The market for components is going well.

Good morning from Suffolk where the early sunshine is now hidden behind a grey cloud layer.

Coffee has been had ahead of today's outing to not just a new venue to me, but also a new destination - I'm off to Southampton to see Mould* at The Joiners. Just need to have a small bowl of porridge for a late breakfast, add the travel snacks & drink to the overnight bag and then get the 10:30 train to Ipswich.

I've a decent backlog of podcasts & music to listen to on the trip so I should be able to miss most of the Budget coverage.

*Yes that is the band's name, not a reflection on the state of the venue

I discovered that it was 8 years yesterday that I finished my radio therapy for prostate cancer, I'm now on 3 monthly hormone injections.
