Morning.
There was thick fog here when I woke up at 6.20. It has now cleared but the sky is an overall grey and the air feels damp.
There is a ride planned for this morning.

Now is definitely not the time to sell a bike. Prices are way lower than they should be, especially on a well-known auction site

I would have thought that with fuel prices that people would be cycling again?

There was a thick fog here when i woke up.Same here but it is my brain.Today is lunch at Hickory Smokehouse in Adel,then down back to Meanwood for a latte and maybe cake.Part day off from duties.Last week there was an offer on,all cakes £1 so i chose a really dark piece.That will be £2-50 .what i replied.ah that is maderia cake she said.

Good morning from a 3rd floor hotel room in Southampton where it's starting to get a bit brighter after a grey start to the day. If I stand to the left of the window I can just about see the park over the road between buildings.

The usual oversized cooked breakfast has been had and is being allowed to settle before I make my way to the train station in about 10 minutes. There's been a notification that my train has been cancelled due to 'an operational incident' ( person hit by train) so I'll see what's available.

Second cuppa went down well with a slice of toast and peanut butter.

Trip to blood clinic was slightly longer than normal as they were busy due to staff shortages.

Fencing people are doing fencing on both sides of my house today, after the wind damaged one side and Greta the kitten destroyed panels on the other by running up/down them.

So far they've delivered not enough panels, too many posts, plus panels which are too tall for a section. It's going well. And the cost is

I've left them to it so I can facilitate a class.
