I went down to the University and voted early, House of Representatives, Senate, and Governor races are all in play on the off year here. Also state and county races. Our County Clerk is about as useful as a back pocket on an undershirt, and besides, I have issues with the present situation at the national level. I always vote in elections, though. I always see people I know. Judges of Election seem to just hate that.

An evening of tidying up the end of month accounts and working out how much I've got to myself next month when the works pension payment goes in the bank on Friday. Some of it will immediately head out to elsewhere as tickets for a couple of gigs I fancy attending go on sale and I need to sort out the ticket for Silverstone on Sunday. A delay repay claim has also been submitted for today's train problems.
Other than Sunday, I've got nothing to go to for two whole weeks so the overnight bag has just been dumped in the spare room (yesterday's smalls removed to the washing basket obviously) and there it can stay.
Hoping for some good weather on Friday.
