I have got the results of my blood test and it appears that my iron levels were low and so was my red blood cell count. It's no wonder that I was getting out of breath and feeling tired on my rides. I am taking some iron pills daily now.

Mine was just above the 'minimum' so I'm taking Nutrition geeks Iron Supplement daily - GP's don't want to know. It's made a difference in the last month or so.

No fog here and looking a fine day. Really don't feel like going out but I am off for a bit of gravel through Lyme Park and avoiding drivers. Another coffee first.

Another damp misty morning.
Incredibly the clowns I ordered the heater from are now saying the order was not placed until after they had closed on Thursday.
Going to have to put the washer on but will they dry outside?

Good morning from Suffolk where we appear to have escaped the fog near the coast and it's been sunshine & clear skies all morning so far. A slow morning of coffee and the radio has been enjoyed.

Very little to do today other than to go shopping for the food & snacks for tomorrow's day at Silverstone (TSL Timing have it as misty but racing underway today) and something to eat this evening. A bike ride in the afternoon sunshine may follow.

Yes. We went to see our doctor after my crash as I wasn't with it and sleeping a lot. Had a blood test and brain scan. I started taking iron tablets again and started too feel better. Haven't had the result of the scan but it will probably be alright.

Washing hung out, not doubt a wasted effort but you never know. 2 weeks worth of towels and duvet covers etc
Clowns came back apologising saying it was they who had placed the order on Thursday and to expect it on Monday. Didn't bother to point out they claim to have them in stock and hence no need for them to order it,
