Sorry again...ohh noo...nothing like riding a bike....get lights...... commute..... TURBO - that will kill off any interest in riding a bike - better off going to spin classes and looking at fit birds whilst killing the lot of them........

Thanks for your great advice..........however being a road rider, this has no interest and I'm most certainly NOT into mountain biking!

This free download is pretty good. You have to put up with 3 minutes of cheesey waffle, but then you get 57 minutes of good bpm stuff for the turbo. Highly recommended

Anyone recommend some good vibes whilst using the turbo trainer, maybe dance, trance, drum & bass, house or rave etc......anything you listen to you could recommend? Cheers
