I thought the point of Cage's 4'33" was that the music was all the noises (coughs, watches, traffic etc) during the silence, and because the ambient noise in any venue (possibly with the exception of am anechoic chamber) will be unique, then each performance will be entirely different.... He spent years agonising over the amount of time that the period of silence should last 
(sorry, boring music degree here)
You could argue that all of these musicless videos contain an element of music based on the above statement, but hey, they're hilarious... The gangnam style one is pretty funny as well.
