I have an old Raleigh lizard I've had for about 20 years. I changed the wheels to quick release the other year, I'm thinking maybe that was a good move. I've still got the original wheel set, nut type, they still seem solid, but I guess you never know. Hope your feeling better soon. You'll know doubt have a nice lump on your shoulder!
