I saw a blue version of one of those in Norwich on Friday. Looks hard work to pedal.

Tis easy peasy to pedal, just a bit of flex in the bar/fork interface that takes some getting used to.

My chopper is usually all too eager to make an appearance, I'll see what I can do next time.

Where was that filmed?

Saltaire, specifically, in the grounds of Saltaire United Reformed Church.

That 'ah' at the end is a tell tale. Looks cool, but must be a bugger to pedal, then again, it is for poseurs ! Like it.

It is very easy to pedal, all first impressions and assumptions are wrong. It feels as light as my hybrid but weighs more than twice that, it's very stable and agile as the weight is carried so low. I thought the rear tyre would provide drag, but the actual contact patch (tyre to road) is only 40mm in width! The negative, apart from the turning circle, ^_^ is being unable to ride far without somebody stopping you to talk about it.

Here it is with the owner/designer/builder (who is crackers), he needs to make money from this but apart from advertising, or, moving to Barcelona and renting out 10 of them, he is struggling to think of anything.

His seating position looks a bit uncomfortable, I rec it would be better with some ape-hangers!
