My bike - updated photo

    Here's the most recent image of my recumbent, with the advertising and wheel covers installed. I can't quite afford disc wheels, LOL!

    Can you explain the wheels? Have you stretched your tights over them?

    I wish it was that quick, sadly the engine is lacking a little, but at least the bike is comfortable, and faster than many other bikes I might ride.

    The wheels are just standard spoked wheels, with wheel covers. These are essentially lycra stretched over a hoop, and clipped into place. They do seem to make a difference, as does the aero tailbox. Unfortunately the bike is an older heavy one, it would be a lot faster uphill if it was one of the new superlight models.

    Never see any here,mores the pity,the last time i saw any was a bike festival some time ago,never on the road though.
