Haven't got much (or anything actually) done on my cruiser, been distracted by building a single speed.

It's an old gas pipe special, made by Pheonix (????) out of Reynolds 500. I removed the derailler hanger, cable guides, down tube bosses and the seat clamp. I've glued and riveted the seat post in to give a kind of home made integrated seat post - yeah I know, I'm a tart - and run the brake cable through the post and out the back of the top tube.
When I had it powder coated I had visions of a Merckx style orange, but this is what I got  - it is actually as bright as it looks. I was going to build it up with standard polished bits but then I found an orange chain on the 'net and thought 'what the heck'.
Might have to get the cranks powder coated at some point and some orange bar tape would be nice (or perhaps nice isn't the right word ).

I've not ridden it yet, but the frames a little big for me and the bars are way too narrow, so I doubt it'll be anything to write home about.

Very nice:becool:
I like it

Love it (the orange one), but what to wear when riding such a creation ?

Thanks. I don't normally dress to match my bike, but I do have a Hawian shirt in a very similar colour. I think I may even have an old pair of orange cycling shoes in the loft - might have to paint up some pedals to match.

Been working on my bikes over winter. The orange thing has had the cranks powder-coated to match the frame, orange bar tape and I even managed to find some orange brake cables.

The Cruiser has finally got it's headlight (it doesn't work sadly), the brackets need a bit of tidying up, but otherwise I'm pretty pleased with it.

Looking for a European website for cheap beach cruiser bikes but very hard to find. Seems like beach bikes are not famous in Europe.
Does anyone know an offician dealer/retailer of Lamborghini bikes in the EU??
Pls email me at glacas@gmail.com
Thanks!!

Not sure how cheap you want, but RideLow have a pretty big selection of Cruisers and Choppers. I've bought stuff from them before with no problems, I believe they've got a shop somewhere in Manchester if you're up that way:

I love what you've done with those bikes mate. Very good job and super cool too.

+1, Not my thang really, but I admire the creativeness and work that went into their construction. - -
