I will find them. (should nt be that hard to find a fairly unique orange fausto coppi cyclocross frame)

Cheers, cant get a new one either as travelling next month. Going to scout gumtree ebay and also brick lane market has been quoted by mates.

MIght just get some bolt cutters and go and select a bike myself!!

Only had it for a month. It was my pride and joy(until my next bike obviously)

3 bikes stolen
1 car
2 cars broken into
1 house burgulary

And everytime you cry or sulk, then save up, replace things and it happens again. You must wonder if these thieving scum realise how painful their actions are to honest folk.

Don't pass on the pain with your bolt croppers.

Neutering is too good for them.

Sorry to read of your bad luck. In case it is spotted on the streets, small adds, Ebay, Guntree, Loot, etc it might be useful to give a little more info if you can.

Pics?
Frame Number?
Any other distinguishing features or marks?

Btw what was the Abus lock you used?

Perhaps if you do catch up with them you can use their bolt croppers on their knackers......

Fair play -i'd guessed you'd probably said it anger, that is pretty bad luck or the way things are nowadays.

It's not nice losing a bike is it?

I just tend to brak the frames on my ones.

I don't blame you for being pissed off karlos.

The small ad stolen bikes are usually a giveaway, the will only give a mobile number, and list very basic details such as one i saw in the local rag recently "Scott racer, 14 speed, 105 rear gears, good tyres £150 tel xxxxxxxxx"
When someone pushes the small ad word limit detailing a bike then usually they are selling legitimately.
Good luck in your hunt, I had someone interfering with my bike at work the other week, so you have my sympathy, it could have been me.

Noooooooo

Karlos, So sorry to hear that, you only just replaced her.
All I can suggest is, enjoy the break, have fun travelling and get an insurance claim in nice and fast.

Maybe just buy a cheap hacker next time (now the winter is on the way)

All the best

That's bad luck!

Just looking at the figures for bike theft in London is amazing. You and 45 other people (at 2008 levels) had their bikes stolen on that day (average).

There's a lot of toeraggery about - these people are real scumbags.

Mate. That's bad news. I'm sorry to hear it.

Bike sounds distinctive though, and there's plenty of eyes that read these forums. Post a piccie if you can, and I'll keep a lookout.

Karlos, that is pretty awful - I will keep an eye out for the bike if you post some details.

Hope you get a replacement soon - I feel your pain after having two bikes stolen in quick sucession of each other.
