Good value for money I say. As they are Renault technology, well tested engines and mechanical components. Dacias are selling like hot cakes on the continent.

That's great fuel economy. The money you save could buy you a duster and polish to clean the dash display!

Did you not used to run something atad different? MPG is certainly not the only cost in running a car.

Depends on how long you intend to keep it surely?
Actually, where do the 3 years figures come from re: depreciation? And does publishing the figures influence the values after 3 years? If that site says it will be worth 50% or 40% in 3 years is that what happens?

Indeed, when I was shooting more frequently.

I'm now not shooting so often because the ammunition is expensive and I'm careful not to dip in to my commutation, and just as I was on the cusp of selling it my olde fourbie caught fire, and the insurers gave me some lolly, with which I downsized. I wasn't running a 2 tonne car because I liked spunking money on pointless things - even then, a 2 grand Kia was a lot, lot, lot more cost effective than a Craplander.

What was the actual fuel consumption?

My gauge lies like a fibbing thing, so I distrust displays and always calculate mine.

I did a return trip up to the Black Country last month, 400 miles, two up and luggage.
My Peugeot 207SW 1.6 HDi did 68.2 mpg average for the trip.

It's the Renault 1.5dci as used in the Quasqai and also small Mercs.

I was scooting along to. Roofbars were on, 2 heavy boxes of files, Brompton plus business trip stuff.
