Depends on my mood but Isle of Mull cheddar matured in whiskey barrels has to be in the top 10 ever. A good Welsh cheddar with a glass of Barbera's pretty damn good as well.
I love cheese, all cheese. Orkney smoked and stilton are my faves though. mmmmm thinking about cheese and crackers for when I get home tonight. Maybe get some wine too and possibly light the year's first fire. That'll be perfect after my ride home.
