A really mature cheddar, so mature it has the little crystals in it. Also a nice sharp crumbly Lancashire - food of the Gods. Also Camembert and Saint Paulain, even though they're French.

I never buy Gruyere. It's a rip-off as it's full of holes.

A mature cheddar with home-made chutney on newly-baked bread with butter.

A runny Camembert.

And LOTS of Stilton.

And LOTS of most other cheeses!

Speaking of Lancashire cheese - I really like Garstang Blue.

Brie and loads of cheese biscuits.

A nice piece of Venezuelan Beaver cheese would also be nice. But I suspect I may be bordering on the Pythonesque by asking for this.

That's a bit naughty Chris. There may be youngsters viewing:wacko:

I favour a mature cheddar above all other cheeses:tongue:

T'is no pulling the wool over your eyes, Noodley!

Not even with your Merino cap!

I've even been known (in a previous life) to eat packs (in one sitting) of those small triangular soft cheeses in foil! ;)

Wasn't it the Good Lord Jesus himself who said "Blessed are the cheesemakers"?

No, that was Wallace. Jesus turned to Peter and said, "Cracking cheese, Gromit!".

Why he called Peter "Gromit" remains a mystery to this day.

RR, how much do holes weigh in Lancashire?

Like Wensleydale with oatcakes and a quartered pear...
