Ski gloves, with two pairs of merinos underneath. Good down to about -15 degC I would say. I use the Sealskinz winter ones for when it's around 0, and don't suffer from cold hands.
My toes are freezing because my silly Shimano shoes have toe holes for ventilation and my overshoes don't seem to stop the cold air coming through them.
Any ideas how to plug the holes?
I'll just add, gloves/overshoes etc and their ability to keep YOUR hands/feet warm vary by individual.
Where I might find Altura Night Vision too hot, others may find them too cold, so if you can, try some glove liners first if you already have gloves - so long as they aren't too tight.
I've just been passed a pair of Gorgonz Exhale work gloves to try. They are bright yellow and have a valve on the back of the hand that you periodically breathe into to circulate warm air around the glove. Works indoors, but will test them properly tonight
