OP OP U User42423 Guest 15 Jan 2017 #11 It is a 1980s exact replica of a Victorian 1880 Coventry Rotary Tricycle. The large wheel (L.H.S) is the main driving wheel & measures 48". The two small wheels (R.H.S) are the steering wheel's, via rack & pinion.
