Here is hoping there is a tail wind, blooming head wind on way back from another site earlier......argh........

Anyone got some 'fresh legs' for sale ?

Friday afternoon's are always the hardest. The saving grace for me is that it's the last commute home, then two days rest.

Recharge time.

Yeah Could have done with a foot massage today.
To top it off I'm in shorts and it's raining hard.
Still a decent time though and feel a lot better now than 3 hours ago at work.

The last three weeks have been the first in five years that I've had the chance to commute five days a week, week in, week out, and while it's been bliss, my legs are quite genuinely forked tonight.

Doesn't half get ya some times.... I've had two consecutive days of 'site visits' as well, i.e. 4 rides in the day, it does get you even if you do it day in day out... FRIDAY LEGS.............

Anyway, only good news...the FD has increased bike mileage to 20p.....whooooo....can claim it from next month as the 'bike' will now be mine........(Bike to Work) - I was sat in a meeting of 50 plus folk and 'identified' as the only person who claimed mileage on the bike........I'm one of a very small number that travel between sites on a bike - possibly less than 5 in over 2000 employees.....

My 7th day of the 2nd batch of 7 can be a bit hard going as well.

Had a lovely ride home friday, was feeling a bit tired before I left but didn't have the usual headwind so made it home about ten minutes quicker than usual. And I wasn't out of gas like I usually am, felt quite energetic though I did end up having a fairly early night.

I normally play footie at lunchtime at work. Man, sometimes I'm bloody knackered before the game starts from the cycle in to work, then the ride back can be a killer.
