breakfast muffin a 'leftover' was it, numbers?
My boss just turned up with Chinese custard tarts, sweet buns (no, not like that) savoury rolls and all sorts of stuff. I took a polite custard tart, which has pastry made delicate with rice flour ie: non-industrial grade, and the thing exploded in my hand and blobbed its way down the staircase. Pretty messy carpet! As I cleaned it up, I was humming "The Road to Underlay"...
