Finished this one off so Ive re-filled it

Early days yet so I'll see how it goes

I've got some chain saw oil sitting around. Was thinking of using that as my chain had a bit of rust, due to my use of dry lube I think. Not as green as you but at least it gets used.

Some chainsaw oil is vegetable oil, I think. It doesn't have to last because it's fed continuously onto the chain then flung off.

Tried the chain saw oil today. It does say Biodegradable so could be veggie oil I guess. Will see how things go.

Some surprising suggestions to me. You learn things everyday.
How often you do clean and reoil the chain. Trying to learn as much as possible before the bike arrives

Mickle method weekly without fail.More often if commutes have been very wet.
plenty on here about it.It works brilliantly keeps everything in running order, doesnt take long and is very cost efficient.
