My own version of Cross Training!

After three days of MTB guiding I took a day off, then got a call to go help out at the Campsite where I sometimes work....

...so yesterday was Cross Training day . . . walked nearly 27,000 steps . . . .behind a lawnmower!

Excellent. I am a gardener and I daren’t even let the rest of the parents at the school gate know how many steps I do every day when they are bragging about their daily step totals. It would burst too many ego-bubbles.

I use a push cylinder mower on the basis that I get a bit of a workout. But you gardening types would laugh if you saw the size of my postage stamp lawn.
