This is the area where I mentioned in another post that a speed of over 140mph was allegedly attained just after the road was constructed.

Ben Hiant with MacLean’s Nose and Sound of Mull leading to Loch Sunart. I have been trying to get these trees removed for a few years now but no joy. Looks like they were left on purpose to spoil the view.

Most good views, landscapes etc consist of trees, rock, water. Horticultural course 1980. Found it to be often true.
