A Home made Torilla with pepper, tomatoes, brie and onion, with a side order of Rye bread and a cup of Joe. Not the prettiest meal, but it Hit the spot after 45 miles this morning. Hello to anyone from the Windsor 700 who I bumped in to at Oakley Green and rode with to near Ruscombe.

My post ride meal after a quick twenty miler yesterday evening was a huge football sized whippy ice cream in a waffle cone.
My lad has a summer job in an ice cream parlour, so didn't have to pay!
