Got the fresh Salmon, dried it and cut it into strips.
Coated it in flour then in egg... then in bread crumbs mixed with black pepper and paprika.
Pan fried them and enjoyed them with home made chips plus bread & butter.
Have to say........as nice as anything I have tasted.
So........the question.
Why the flour? Cant see what it did besides stick to my fingers.
