I know it won't make me any faster, but it's my pride and joy and I want it to look a bit different to every other TCR out there and as light as I can get it with without spending a fortune on it.

I bought it in May 2011 (2010 model), out the box and by the time I added pedals to ride it she came in at 8.4kg and ever since I've been slowly getting it down and currently sitting at 7.8kg and looking better for it too IMO.

So far I've changed the wheelset, skwewers, tyres, carbon cages, look keo max 2 pedals, Ultegra rear cassette

Next up is looking for good ebay deal on a Selle Italia SLR flow to cut a bit more weight and I'm thinking on changing it from (bloody heavy) Shimano to SRAM Force.

For those interested, this was my first road bike after I'd finished with it.

Love the TCR, really looks good. Never been keen on the curved top tube on the Spesh's tho'. What was the saddle on the Spesh? - looks teeny
