Congratulations Vernon. So quo vadis and how come you need a visa? Are you staying?
I'm going to be there longer than an ESTA visa covers travellers for. I'm having a shot at cycling the Northern Tier cycle route and want a more leisurely pace than 90 days allows.

I reckon ten years is ample time which gives me an average speed of 1.16 miles per day. :okay:

Have you got a UK visa for getting back in?

One year I had difficulty getting out of the UK despite having a valid passport. I think that the event was the metaphorical flapping of a butterfly's wing that precipitated the economic chaos in Greece.

Looks good Vernon, and i think you will be in @Gravity Aided territory at one point.

He may be able to introduce you to some good American Pies.

Good luck, looks great.
I hired a bike when we were in NH last year and did a little ride around some of New Hampshire, briefly flirting with Vermont. It's lovely and has some awesome scenary, although some sporting terrain!
Vermont, and Upstate New York have their vertical charm as well. May have to use 2 foot gear in a few spots.
