Sadly not. I've just looked up Global entry. UK citizens are not eligible.

A further thought. I've been thought an identical process as the Global Entry scheme - I paid around £100 up front before being granted an interview, filled in a very extensive application form where I denied having: some pretty vile STDs, terrorist aspirations, terrorist links, knowledge of biological and chemical warfare, supplied an itinerary of my extra-UK travel over the past ten years and attended a face to face interview. Had my biometric data taken via hand scanners. I just wonder if I can fast track through immigration.
