Anything that vibrates, is a vibrator. Doesn't always mean that you have to stuff it up some orifice.

My father used to build shaker mechanisms for the university's physics department. He used to call them "doctors' vibrators" or "Russian ass-shakers", the latter because they wouldn't fit into an arse or shake very much.
