Local ParkRun cancelled so ran along to the venue to get some exercise; safe for one at a time, a group gallop would have been mayhem so the right decision made for the insurers by the organisers.

Coffee and overnight oats (the acceptance face of cold porridge) beforehand. DD2 turning shrove Tuesday into more of a season afterwards.

Dusting of snow here which has just about disappeared in the 🌞😱looks to be a fair bit on the hills though. Bit of a slow start after last nights pub session. Just got back from walking Bertie and now need to get some climbing done.

Decent hilly 60k done, quads are aching a bit. I suspect some fermented apple juice may be the required tonic.
