If the wheel still looks straight and is just not lined up with the bike correctly, you could try removing and reinserting it, like this:

The front wheel is done in a similar way but it's easier because you don't have to move the chain/derailleur at all. If your bike has nuts instead of levers, search around for a video, but you'll need a 15mm spanner to undo them.

The brakes leaning might be just because the wheel's wonky, or it might be that the spring or cable tension isn't correct. Fix the wheel first, then ask again in a new thread, maybe with pictures.

If the wheel is bent (so the gap between it and the frame varies as it spins) then it probably needs fixing by an expert, sorry. It's called "truing" but I'm not fit to write the instructions.
