It's a bummer when you get past 45, you have a choice, use weights or end up looking like a bag of chisels. It's so boring.......I am currently using them to try and lift some weight from my belly to my chest, I tried moving it downwards but had no luck.

Not neceserrily, my OH is 45. He still goes climbing regularly, which keeps him nicely hunky.

But I am 50, I do work with my muscles, unfortunately, I now have to go to the gym to look as though I do.
