Being a cheapskate, I jumped ship from Zwift to MyWhoosh some time ago. I assumed it would become more populated than it has.
The last ride I did had these, amongst others, Union Jack flagged riders in and around me.

Either a strange bunch of Brit names or bots?

Can't say I've paid attention to the names around when using MW over the last month, I've just simply been trying different routes, sometimes doing efforts up inclines.

They might be bots, but they might be legit, the UK has a very diverse population these days and moreso around typical student age.

I'm a Rouvier as things go, however my bro is due to get onto whoosh in due course, and I have a plan to use it during the summer months, as I ride less on the turbo then anyway, am able to pause my Rouvy membership, and therefore kind of bring the overall cost down.

I'll be interested to see what it is like route wise, human rider wise, and also what the workout offerings are like.
I do like the odd race as well.

Back on MyWhoosh - not used it since being OK to ride after breaking my hip. Just quick 10 miles whilst the weather is rubbish (icy). Lots more using it since last April. I just freeride. Found the normal version of the App runs perfect on my laptop, even with high graphics. The HD version needs a high power graphics card. My laptop is 11th Gen I7 with 16GB, but built in graphics.

As long as I breathe, I attack.
I really like my whoosh but decided to go back to zwift as i only use it maybe 3 months a year the extra features do it for me and when i tried group rides it was literally 75% bots .

I am on Training Peaks Virtual these days but (being a grumpy, unfit, antisocial old man!) I don't tell anyone else when I am there. I even turn off the bots. I have seen a few roadside goats recently, and there are insects and birds flying around, but otherwise the only living things that I see are various types of vegetation!

If I ever get fit enough to ride at a decent pace I might at least challenge some bots!
