well, after trawling ebay and local adds to find a MTB to see me through the winter (and some summer runs next year on trails by me) i have found my N+1
My cousin is selling his black and yellow giant boulder! not sure on the age but he is a similar build to me (about 2 inches shorter) and hasntraised the seat stem. the only problem i have is getting it down to cornwall! im in bristol before christmas so can pick it up from him then but i want to make the most of the nice weather and get used to riding it!!!

now to persuade the sister in law to bring it down next weekend!!!
