Butter, proper butter.
Irs so simple, so natural, so tasty. I never willingly use spread anymore (I do occasionally use it for convenience, such as when the butter is too cold to.spread...its one downfall.

Chocolate products: truffles, chocolate biscuits, chocolate logs.
I've been making my own for the last couple of years, because shop bought have been tasting increasingly vile imo.
Who knows what they do to them, even the Ferrero Rocher I was given at Christmas didn't taste as good as my truffles, I used to love them
This year I'm planning to master the skill of tempering chocolate, in order to increase my range of yummy chocolate goodies.
Amaretto Disaronno, which I never strayed from in over 25 years.

Until last year, in Verona, when I was in Aldi and took a punt on a bottle of their version at €4.

I didn't try it until I got back home and my word it was good. Next time, I'm buying three bottles.
Does Aldi not sell it here in the UK?
Or is the price dearer here?

Another one here for Brooks saddles. I always wondered what all the fuss was about but then I came across a B17. I wasn't converted at first but once it fits your backside it's proper comfy. Took a while but it was worth it.
I have had mine since November 1987 about £21 from Halfords Vicar Lane,Saddle still going,Halfords Vicar Lane long long gone.

Local Aldis have a different product and it's just under £8, so close to twice the price. I haven't plucked up the courage to try it. Yet.

This was the one from Verona...
