Is there a 'name & shame' forum/topic for bad drivers?

Was cycling up Park Lane, just before the Dorchester Hotel and this huge chauffeur driven S Class Mercedes turns right straight across my path. Slammed on the brakes managed to stop with only the front wheel 'kissing' the passenger side door.

Driver gave me a 'what did I do look'

LL62 WUR you are a tit

Shouted at 3 RLJ'ing cyclists this morning, they didn't even react in the slightest - people have no shame casually breaking the law because there are no consequences, would be good to have a wall of shame you could post their smug little faces on ^_^

Camera footage needed...was it anything like this?

I used to cycle that road alot into London when our office used to be based in Holborn (starting at South Woodford), never had someone do that to me.

The office has been moved to Ilford now and instead I cycle up to Epping and then down to Ilford, some nice peaceful country roads.

The commute into London wasn't too bad, I prefered the CS3 to the CS2, the CS2 has too many bad spots, so I used to peel off left at Mile End station and then head down to the CS3, much more pleasent, although the CS2 is much, much quicker if you put your foot down hard.

I also now do 44miles a day rather than 20miles  due to the nicer country roads and some really nice downhills (and some ok uphills).

Bow flyover is alot of fun on the downhill ^_^

I tend to find Mile End to Leytonstone the worst, but I tend to get used to it.Just got back from work, not really too many problems that I couldn't handle.

They are worthless scum, I had one this morning. He went down the left side of a bus, I say went through more like squeezed through and jumped the red and then another. Caught him up and gave a punishment pass, I feel bad now.
