This is like that game where you take the name of your first pet and the road you first lived in; and it always sounds like a porn star.

Here for rides.
Our Lady Queen of Heaven RC Primary School, 200m from my parent's council house front door, in Langley Green, Crawley, Sussex, which was 100m from the local Catholic Church also called Our Lady's. Clearly defined priorities, my mum and dad.;)

It's still going strong on the same campus, though much more ethnically- and religiiously-mixed nowadays. Not so surprising as that estate is now nicknamed Langley Desh.

All I can remember is that lots of my classmates smelled of wee:thumbsdown:

I didn't go to the school, but I was born in Atherton. I've never met anyone from there before.
I went to St. Mary's primary in Runcorn. Also to Lincluden school, Laurieknowe school in Dumfries, Borestone primary in St.Ninians and Spotland primary in Rochdale before Thrum Hall Middle and Oulder Hill Upper school.
If I name enough somebody's bound to have heard of atleast one of them.

Newnham Primary School, Eastcote (I live ten minutes walk away from it now) - not a million miles (say 5) from Glebe, and Honeypot Lane is part of my commute.

Hey Hey! how about that then :hello: My Nan lived in Ruskin Gardens (off the Honeypot Lane) right through the war and up till she died in the late 70's. I spent a lot of time with her as a small child. Google earth shows that Honeypot lane has changed loads from how I remember it. I have some other relatives in the area, but not sure where abouts now though.

Not many people stay in Atherton, I escaped to Bolton when I was 11!

You got around, didn't you? Lancy, Merseyside, Scortland, South Wales, Rochdale and some I don't know. What would you say your accent was?

You mean you would actually give a true answer to those security question?

Q: What was the name of your first school?
A: Banana
Q: What colour was your first car?
A: Windy
Q: What is your mother's maiden name?
A: Tissue

Less likely for someone to work out your security answers that way!;)

I've also lived in Yorkshire. 20 something house moves so far.
I don't think I have an accent lol. Generally other people from Rochdale/bury/Bolton areas spot me as one of their own, locals think I'm either from Manchester or Yorkshire - but that's more down to them not knowing what yorkshire folk or Mancunians actually sound like. My Rochdalian friends and family think I sound Cumbrian.
I could blend in fairly well on either Coronation street or Emmerdale but I'd stick out like a sore thumb in Eastenders.

My memory is worse than Murdoch and Hunt et al. when answering questions to the Leveson inquiry. So I'd probably forget what I said.
Although I do now remember the tall blonde, female teacher, whose "builder's bum" would go on display every time she bent over:blush:
