Hercules 2, the successor of Hercules.

Hercules was rustled in Oxford. The name was taken from Steptoe & Son.

But I may have mentioned this before

In the beginning i named mine Tess, after the lady who left me £1000 in her will.I bought the Spesh Secteur Elite with it 2010,fifteen years old now and still as beautiful as the first day.I even wrote Tess on a small tool bag but that went after a few years.

I have:

The red one
The blue one
The Temple
The shiny one
The new one

Secretly I think of them as:

The one I built
The Spa that is a bit too big
The Temple, that is fantastic and brilliant,
The one I've lent to D.
The ebike, that I'm beginning to fall in love with.

One of my Ribbles was Preston, as a mixture of where they used to be (still are?) & the ‘robo-dog’ in Wallace & Gromit : A Close Shave

It’s one of their blue 7005 ‘winter frame’ bikes, that has bugger all clearance for anything bigger than a ‘23’ section tyre, with mudguards

But…. conversely, handles far better than the price ought to allow (light too!)

Not long after I got it, before new (better!) wheels & tyres
