It's not the cheapest and i haven't seen the adverts.I just like it because it reminds me of supping my first G&T after my arrival in India one yeear which was the first time i had it.

You can get small cans of Schweppes tonic, both proper and low-fat, in any supermarket. They are of a sufficient size to suggest that you should empty the can for a single drink. A wonderful side-effect is that you tend to pour in an overgenerous measure of Gordon's to prevent the G&T being hopelessly diluted with the unimportant stuff.

Sorry but Gordons is weak rubbish and only really suitable as a Sloe gin base as @srw said^.

Not in the tesco I was at .

I do agree that they are great for a proper size and taste G&T and yes to the lime. Lemon is not cricket old boy !

In years past after a hard night at work ( not street walking ) i have been known to have a gin or three at Smithfields if someone else was driving.

Now and i do love my Gin, i am really not sure that drinking it for breakfast is something i could manage unless i had crossed a time zone.
