I just sent off an inquiry to my local council about cycle training for my two boys. Do you have to do the levels in order?

Yes, because they're progressive.

I finished my Road Ride Leader qualification this weekend.

Must say I'm a bit sceptical about some of the National Standard stuff as we were given it.
