Nausea day after high effort.

Hi guys, did my first chain gang in a long time last night. Pushed too hard

Nausea today, any tips to help relieve it?
 
I get nauseous with low blood sugar. Try eating some simple carbohydrates: white bread, white rice, sugar, fruit etc

Edit: that's usually during or immediately after the effort. I wouldn't expect to still feel that way after a meal
