Probably a quick run out to Barnetby, try some of hills that hide in our flatlands Definitely having Saturday off. My legs are aching like mad today!

A group of us are doing Regents Park Saturday morning, planned it earlier in the week.

My weekend is marked out by hunting for a new kitchen. Hope it rains/stays icy so I can justify it.
