Any suggestions as to how to best protect my neck from sunburn when riding please? Other than gooey cream blocker.

(I know the yellow shiny thing is a rarity, esp' in these parts, but I just like to be prepared )

bandana or a buff fashioned into one or join the French Foreign legion and keep the hat after your 20 years are up

Suppose if it was really hot you could maybe dampen the buff in cold water first. Might protect you and keep you a bit cooler as long as you weren't out too long. Sun block does sound easier though.

I use a factor 50 spray on lotion, which is very easy to apply and doesn't make you feel all sticky, even with that i caught a bit of sun over the bank holiday weekend.. but I didn't fry which was nice.

Back to front MTB helmet?

Joke by the way, a buff would be better, they come with uv protective qualities if you get the right one
