Needing Help

Today, please advise, I've been doing the training, riding in the week, going on for more than a year now, on a saturday I go out for +- 80-120km ride, of late my legs are cramping, muscles pulling, happening everytime I go for a long ride, I drink often while riding, electrolyte mixture in bottle.
Please assist.

As mentioned above have you added any flexibility / stretching / core work into your routines?

It could be your muscles are simply developing too much in one direction, leading to an imbalance.
