Terrible driving by the car, but by the looks of that video the traffic lights were on red and the cyclist doesn't look like he's stopping... Or I might be reading too much into it.
Is their two lanes to the right of the cyclist? If so it may be the other drivers fault for cutting the audi up?
Either way I'd be reporting it to the police.
The cyclist does stop - if he had not, he could have been hit by the black car! That said, he must have been at the front of the ASL or just slightly ahead of it (I favour the former).
There is a single (20mph limit) lane to the right of the cyclist.
Agreed. But I expect that it will not stop some people from still defending the driver, and somehow finding someway of laying some of the blame on the cyclist.I'd say the white audi driver is in a rush and thinks he can undertake on a junction.I would have definitely reported this but I would also have released it to the M.E.N as this needs showing to people how bad some driver can be

Looks like a foreign driver who's forgot to drive on the left..
its common in peterborough..
i had a very close call whith a audi A6 ,i had to go into the oncoming lane to avoid him..
he shook his fist at me lol
Yeah, they do stop, but not sure if they stop due to the Audi or were stopping anyway. Driver could have thought that cyclist was carrying on possibly. Not trying to make excuses, it is terrible driving, just realy trying to say it's not as clear cut as some videos you see online showing terrible driving.
