New back and bezel for a Dell laptop

I need the above with the hinges. I have found 2 choices on ebay

The first is from Hong Kong and the second from Bedford. Would you go with the UK one even though it costs a tenner more or is that irrelevant?

Could you get hit up by customs with he'd parts from HK which could increase the price?

That would be my concern, if you got done 25 quid or more by HMC you could end up with the expensive option, this is without considering that the item may be held in customs for a period. Based on that I would personally take the UK option as I get comfort in knowing exactly where I stand.

It's below the duty threshold apparently but I feel inclined to go with the UK, albeit online, supplier. The money differential is immaterial really but just curious as to what others do in similar circumstances.
