If you can fit a quick release to the seat. It helps if you take the seat into work with you. Just mark the seatpost with a felt pen so you can slip it in at the correct height for the ride home.

First day of the week bk. The cable seems like overkill for the saddle.

The mini lock I have is pretty naff for the rail. The bike frame is a tad too small for it to be of any use.

The time saved getting there is made up in the locking. Worth it though.

You can buy lockable QR locks to help secure the wheels and saddle.
