Well after my trusty treader got robbed last Saturday, I thought that I had better replace it.

So today I ordered a Pinarello.....

This one.............

Can't wait to get it, flip the wheel to fixed, bin the rear brake and ride it until me a*se is sore !!

Nice one, and top marks for ditching the unnecessary rear brake. Only snowflakes who ride"Fixies" have a back brake, fixed wheel riders don't need them.

Excellent, I never get tired from seeing the excitement generated amongst supposed adults about the imminent arrival of a new bike. We obviously never lose it.

They may need a knee reconstruction if they don't set the bike up perfectly though.

I have tried riding brakeless and my knees did not agree with it at all.

They cope fine with the relatively gentle braking on a velodrome but the full on trying to stop quickly of road riding and riding down hills really seems to bugger mine up, so its brakes all the way for me!

Gonna need to hammer out those kinks in the frame too, Is it like distressed furniture and lived in jeans?

"we provide the classic used look, this bike has been in it's first accident courtesy of our test riders at our Italian factory.....You may need to true the front wheel too..."
