I cycled last year and my route was mainly straight and simple. Due to a change in my business I'm now on a hilly/bumpy route.
Today was day two and I haven't stretched as much as i think i need to for this route.
Its hard getting back into it after so long off the road. I do love it and i know i need to build up my confidence on the main roads with huge trucks and those with white-van-man-who-cant-signal syndrome.
I would really like advice on breakfast. Currently i leave the house without a bite, drink approx 500ml water en route and eat when i get to work. I set off at 6.30am but i'm up much earlier. Would it help me to have a nibble before i go and if so, any suggestions?
