Not me either, but there are a lot of cyclists living, working, or visiting the NF. sometimes I feel like a nodding dog on my commutes.

Fantastic. It's been a least few days before the 'should cyclists pull over' has gone back and forth 5,000,000 times.

I pulled over for a car, and the driver didn't wave.

I was on the Kettwiesel and a lovely downhill windy road....
In front there was a big 4x4

He pulled over, wound down his window and said:

" I suspect you will be much faster and have far more fun if I am not in your way!"

On narrow winding roads with poor visibility I tend to pull over to let vehicles past - after all, if there's oncoming traffic, I'd rather they got hit first.
